Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Just Airport Taxi website and services. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, online booking services, and airport transfer services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Reservations

1.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings made through our website or customer service channels are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our discretion.

1.2. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking, including your name, contact details, flight information, and payment details. Any errors or omissions in the information provided may result in delays or additional charges.

2. Pickup & Drop-off Locations

2.1. Pick-up and Drop-off: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are ready for pick-up at the agreed time and location. Similarly, we will drop you off at the designated destination according to the information provided during booking. Any delays or changes to the pick-up or drop-off location must be communicated to us promptly.

3. Flight Delays

We monitor flight schedules to adjust our services accordingly. However, it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes or delays to your flight. If a flight cancellation is communicated after the driver has been dispatched, no refund will be provided. We account for flight delays of up to one hour; however, while we do our best to accommodate your pickup, many of our drivers have connected jobs, and we cannot guarantee a 100% pickup in all situations. After this period, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and provide a full refund after bank processing fee and admin charges of minimum £5. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to delays or the need to arrange alternative transportation.

4. Luggage

Our vehicles have limited space for luggage, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is within reasonable limits. Oversized or excessive luggage may require additional arrangements or charges, which we will communicate to you in advance. If we are unable to accommodate additional luggage that was not disclosed at the time of reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.

Luggage Size: Each passenger is allowed one medium-sized suitcase (checked luggage) with dimensions not exceeding 158cm (62 inches) in height and width, and a maximum weight of 23kg (50lb). Hand luggage is limited to 56cm in height, 45cm in width, and 25cm in diameter, approximately 22 x 17.5 x 9.85 inches. Any extra luggage outside these specifications is the responsibility of the passenger.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If a booking is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee will be applied, which depends on when we receive notice...

  • Cancellations made prior to the 12-hour mark before the scheduled pick-up time incur no charges, but a bank fee applies to all refundable bookings. The specific bank fee is minimum £5 and may vary depending on amount of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made between 12 to 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will result in a 50% charge of the total journey price.
  • Cancellations made within 6 hours of the pick-up time will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the journey price.
  • No refunds will be issued if a passenger cannot be reached at the time of pick-up.
  • Once a driver has been dispatched or is en route for the pick-up, no refunds will be provided.
  • All cancellations must be made via phone or by responding to the reservation confirmation email.

If a refund is required for a payment made to Just Airport Taxis, it will be credited back to the original payment card used, whether it's a credit or debit card. It's important to note that a bank fee, starting at a minimum of £5, will be applied to refundable bookings. The exact fee may vary depending on the total booking amount.

Please note that the refund process typically takes between 3 to 5 working days from when our team initiates the refund. However, the exact duration may vary depending on your bank's processing timeline.

To ensure smooth communication and avoid any issues during the pickup time, we kindly ask you to provide the contact details of the actual passenger who will be traveling. This will assist us in reaching the correct person and prevent any difficulties in contacting the individual making the booking on their behalf.

6. Pickup Time Change

If a booking is made and a change in pickup time is needed less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the request must be made over the phone. We retain the right to decline the change or cancel the booking, with no refunds applicable for such cases. Nevertheless, we make every effort to accommodate changes in pickup time close to the scheduled pickup time. However, our drivers are committed to pre-booked connected jobs, making it impractical to accommodate all last-minute time change requests.

7. Waiting Time

We offer a complimentary 1 hour of waiting time after your flight lands for airport pickups. Beyond this, a fee of £10 per additional 30 minutes will apply. Please note that if you arrive before your scheduled pickup time, we cannot guarantee an earlier pickup. We will, however, make an effort to accommodate you as soon as possible if your assigned driver is available. Your pickup will be scheduled based on the time you selected when making the reservation. Please note there is no free waiting time provided when pickup is not from airport.

8. Cleaning Fee

A minimum charge of £30 will apply if the vehicle is soiled by a passenger, with the final amount dependent on the extent of cleaning required.

9. Locating the Driver

Keep your phone on and accessible, as it is the primary means of communication regarding your pickup. If we are unable to reach you, the fare will still apply. Always keep our office number handy +44 208 175 6999 while traveling. In the case of airport transfers, we strive to ensure a smooth pickup process. If you're unable to locate the driver:

  • It is your responsibility to be at the designated pickup point on time.
  • Our support team is available to assist if you're having trouble finding the driver.
  • The driver will make reasonable efforts to identify themselves, including contacting you directly or displaying signage.
  • Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee success in all cases. We disclaim responsibility if you're unable to locate the driver, but we will do our best to assist.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact details when booking.
  • Customers must remain accessible via their provided contact methods during the pickup window.
  • If the driver arrives and you cannot be located, no refund will be issued if you opt for alternative transportation.

10. Child Seat

We offer a free child seat upon request; however, availability and suitability cannot be guaranteed for every journey. Please note that many of our drivers have connected jobs, which may make it difficult for them to carry a child seat.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Just Airport Taxi operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1. Our Liability: While we strive to provide a reliable and comfortable service, we shall not be liable for any delays, losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, accidents, adverse weather conditions, or force majeure events.

14.2. Indirect and Consequential Damages: In no event shall Just Airport Taxi be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
